I am already so busy, how much of my involvement is this actually going to take?
I value your time as much as my own. We’ll typically meet 2x per week for quick alignment syncs. Outside of that, I drive the design process so you don't have to.
I provide async updates and live Figma links so you can drop comments or check progress whenever you have a spare 5 minutes.
My backend is a mess. Do I need to clean it up before we start?
Not at all. In fact, it’s better if I see the "mess" now. My job is to build a system that adapts to your workflow, not the other way around.
We’ll identify the "clogs in the pipes" together and fix them one by one without stopping your entire operation.
Why can’t I just have my developers or project managers design this?
Developers I worked with often give brilliant ideas, but asking them to own the design adds a layer of complexity they didn't sign up for.

What if I'm not sure which package (Launch, Clarity, or Growth) I need?
I already have a system in place, I don't wanna change it, what systems do you work with?
If the system is good and you are paying for it, we will make the best out it. Most of the time, is not the tool but how everything is setup.
I mainly work and recommend Wordpress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify for websites and Radix UI is a great library for software.
What happens after you do the designs?
I really believe that my designs are meant to be managed by the interna team. I setup the system and you can play with it like LEGOs instead of calling developers (and me) every time you want to make changes.
I do love to see how users are responding so we can make tweaks to improve conversion once the site or software is live.
